Read Our Story / Start Here

This is where you can find each blog post, in correct order, that specifically tells the story of our 2008 bike trek.  These specific blog posts are basically the rough draft for a book that I'd like to publish that focuses on guiding other adventurers while also sharing stories of our trek.  At this point, the blogs are definitely more focused on telling the story rather than guiding, but there is plenty of information contained within for those seeking insight on routes, equipment, planning, etc.  I've launched a NEW BLOG that focuses specifically on travel guides, touring tips, route maps, etc.  Check it out at http://www.pacificcoastcycling.com/

Trying to tell the whole story of our trek is an ongoing work in progress.  First and foremost, I'm writing out the details of our adventure for me.  I had a great adventure, and I don't want to forget about the details years down the road.  Secondly, I'm writing it as a way to share my adventure with the people who are close to me--should they choose to read it.  Thirdly, I'm writing this to hopefully help other adventure cyclists who would like to tour the North sections (Anchorage to Vancouver) as there are not really many guides available for those sections.  I do hope you find it informative, but also, very entertaining.  So from the top...
